ARCADIS Geotechnika a.s. has a large number of experienced engineers, geologists and technicians in all the special disciplines which are required for the services offered. They are bearers of knowledge and experience accumulated in more than 80 years of existence of the company. Employment lasts for many years for most employees, which contributes to their high professionalism in their fields, which requires considerable engineering ability and experience.  2008, the overall average number of employees was 180. The company is aware that employees are their most valuable asset and that only with qualified, responsible and quality employees, capable and willing to continue learning, will they progress in a challenging competitive environment. That is why the company has always taken great care to educate and develop its employees and spends a considerable amount on educational activities consistently. Employees take part in a whole range of conferences, seminars and courses in the Czech Republic and abroad on a regular basis.
